Refund & Returns Policy – Kaufen Egypt

Kaufen Egypt provides a 14-day return and exchange policy in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection regulations.

1. Eligibility Period

Customers may request return or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include invoice
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care products that have been opened or used are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

5. Defective Products

In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be inspected by the authorized local service center.

Shipping costs in such cases are not covered by the company.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method through Paymob.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by official local warranty provided by Kaufen Egypt as the authorized distributor.
