Refund & Returns Policy – Kaufen Egypt

Kaufen Egypt provides a 14-day return and exchange policy in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection regulations.


1. Eligibility Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.


2. Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include the invoice
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the request.


3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


5. Defective Products

If a manufacturing defect is found, the product will be inspected by an authorized local service center in Egypt. Based on the inspection report, the product may be replaced or refunded according to the agreed solution.


6. Refund Method

Approved refunds for electronic payments will be processed using the original payment method through Paymob.


7. Warranty

All products are covered by an official local warranty provided by Kaufen Egypt at the time of delivery.


8. Installation & After-Sales Services

To maintain warranty validity during its coverage period, Kaufen Egypt may provide installation services for customers in Cairo, Giza, and other cities according to the agreement made at the time of order confirmation.

Kaufen Egypt is committed to providing customer support and assistance, including specialized advisory services when required.

All spare parts supplied through our service center are genuine and provided as part of our maintenance and support services for customers.
