The CASO Gastro 3500 Ecostyle is a compact with one induction burner, making it suitable for kitchens and spaces where a full-size cooktop is not available.

With a power output of up to 3500W, the heating power can be mechanically adjusted from 1000 to 3500W using the rotary control. The 26 cm cooking zone accommodates relatively large cookware.

The cooktop features automatic cookware detection, which stops heating when the cookware is removed. It also includes overheating protection with automatic shutdown and an alarm function. Rubberized feet help keep the appliance securely positioned on the countertop.

The cooking surface is made of glass ceramic, while the body is made of stainless steel/glass. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 33 × 42 × 10 cm and weight of 4.7 kg, it is easy to handle and transport.
