Traditional food meets modern environmental protection. Zassenhaus Eco Line pasta board is perfect for the production of the Swabian speciality. It has a sufficiently long handle and is wide enough to accommodate long noodles. The bottom edge is bevelled so that you can scrape the dough from the board better. This works best when you first moisten the board and thin the viscous dough on the bottom half. Then the sturdy stainless steel scraper is used – with a little practice you have the bow out. The board is ideally set for frequent use. It is made from sustainably sourced materials. This raw material grows quickly, is durable and gentle on the knives. Tip: with special noodles flour, the noodles are particularly good. It is very fine-grain, so the dough becomes nice elastic and remains firm at the same time when cooking.
